    摩卡壶的移情

     

    我第一次见到摩卡咖啡壶是在云南农家灶台上。这具异域风情的器物殷勤慷慨地烧煮小粒云南咖啡。我们坐在院子的台阶上,看光影从墙头移过。杯子凉了,影子淡了,夜风起了,而天色还在变幻无穷。

    1902年,法国传教士把咖啡种带到云南,也带来喝咖啡的习惯。听说沿着滇越铁路,常常能看见农妇从田间收工回来,头一件事是煮一壶浓咖啡饮下。这个神奇的场景我没见过。图上的灶和院在丽江拉市海,租给老外,长驻一些艺术家和人类学家。一个纳西老人看门洒扫,因为语言不通,沉默如风景。在云南的好地方,“人类学家比人类还多”。

    而更多的是“荒废”。来时为着各种目的——少数民族、当代艺术、北回归线、雪山、大麻、客栈、酒吧、一生中必去的XX个地方……然后对着好山好水就留下了。我一度以为云南对城市青年最大的吸引在于它容得下荒废,后来明白这也是远看造成的误会。来客各有放不下的焦虑,你所看到的是蓄意集中的荒废的姿态,以及为了这姿态服务的产业链。

    对头,是拧开的,下壶盛水,中间盛咖啡粉和滤纸。加热后水汽冲过咖啡粉留在上壶。上壶的内部构造类似北京火锅。
    把手是装在侧边的。图上那个胶木手柄怀疑是被灶火燎化了。

    届都咋哩?估计上面的部分能够从下面的部分拧下来?不然,底部内膛太深了,咋清洗呢?按个把手似乎上面的联体盖子就开不开了,估计用这壶的人,要用手焖子?
